Today I had the pleasure of photographing Jeanelle who just completed her Associates Degree. We did the traditional cap & gown pics here in the studio, and then we jumped in the car and drove around seeking out fun locations to shoot. We had a great time! Here's a peek at just a few from today:

The model search contest is almost over with only 10 days left to enter. And I'm eager to get the reps scheduled for their mini sessions to kick off the summer. While I'm waiting, I did a little more scouting for locations to take the seniors. A few of these were taken on the north side of the city, and the last one was taken over at the Marsh in Clay.
Can't wait to get started!!! 🙂
Well, it's official. Our youngest has finally outgrown the tricycle and was ready to get a big boy bike. So we went to the store yesterday and he immediately picked out this Spiderman one with training wheels. He took it out for a spin around the cul-de-sac this afternoon and has been beaming with excitement the entire time.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting sweet, little Helen. She was so easy-going and seems to have a true, gentle spirit. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to capture your precious first baby girl.

Up to ten senior reps will be selected by an independent panel of professional photographers. No more than 2 reps will be selected from any one school. Parental permission and proof of residency will be required if you are selected.

– complimentary 3 hour portrait session ($150 value)
– rep cards to hand out to friends
– $50 print credit

Our oldest celebrated his seventh birthday the other day. Despite the temps in the low 40's, he was willing to let me snap a few shots outside……just a few. LOL This was my favorite. He looks so grown up all of a sudden.
Today I had the pleasure of visiting Mason at his home. He's so alert and doesn't want to miss anything that is going on around him. He wanted to stay awake so he could show-off how strong he is by holding his head up most of the time I was there. It was only after I had packed up most of my gear that he eventually gave up the fight and fell asleep. So sweet!! 🙂
Here is my little Native American, in all his adorable chubbiness. He was such a good little guy, and put up with a lot from me, especially when we put him inside the cradleboard. It was wonderful to be able to be a part of this family's first baby.
